Constantine
Constantine, in north-east Algeria, is a natural fortress spectacularly perched over a rocky mountain, 800 ft above the Rhumel River valley. It enjoys a mild, Mediterranean climate. Summers average between 21 and 24 °C and in winter, the temperatures drop to 10 to 12 °C
